ABOUT
Skin Fit Spa is an aesthetic reservation service app operating in Vietnam. Following the transition to an endemic in May 2023, there was an increase in travel demand, leading to a rise in the frequency of overseas travel. Especially for visitors to Vietnam, booking aesthetic services became an essential part of their trip. In response to this trend, we were requested to provide two types of service experiences that could be viewed from the perspectives of both customers and managers.

Reflecting this, we focused on enabling customers to easily book high-quality services for a satisfying travel experience, while also developing a solution for managers to easily control customer information and quickly adjust schedules. We designed flowcharts based on customer journeys and developed wireframes for various service processes. Additionally, we effectively linked pages for the managerial side, to be used by clerks and managers, creating a consistent UI design.
